Regulament

 

Salonul Internațional de Arte Vizuale „Martha Bibescu” se adresează artiştilor plastici profesioniști, membri ai Uniunii Artiștilor Plastici din România, ai uniunilor de creație ale acuareliștilor și/sau absolvenți ai Universităților de Artă și va avea și o secțiune dedicată tinerilor până în 35 de ani, în cadrul căreia vor putea expune și studenți, masteranzi și doctoranzi ai Univerităților de Artă.

Salonul va cuprinde lucrări de pictură, grafică, acuarelă, sculptură mică și va avea mai multe secțiuni, care vor fi împărțite între cele 8 săli de expoziție ale parterului Palatului Mogoșoaia.

Săla 1 – Secțiunea de tineret

Sălile 2, 3 – Secțiunea de grafică

Sălile 4, 6 – Secțiunea de acuarelă

Sala 5, 7, 8 – Secțiunea de pictură

Lucrările de sculptură mică vor fi expuse pe cuburi în sălile 3, 5, 7, 8

Locul şi data desfăşurării:

Palatul Brâncovenesc de la Mogoșoaia (Parter)

Vernisaj: Sâmbătă, 12 iulie 2025, ora 15.

Condiții de participare:

Fiecare artist poate participa cu o singură lucrare realizată, în perioada 2023 -2025.

Dimensiunile lucrărilor:

Grafică: tehnici tradiționale de gravură sau desene originale în creion, tuș, cărbune, tehnici mixte. Dimensiune maximă 50X70 cm.

Pictură. Dimensiunea maximă 120X80cm.

Sculptură mică. Dimensiuni maxime 50 cm X 50 cm X 100 cm (h). Greutate maximă – 20 kg.

Înscrierea se face în perioada 15 mai – 22 iunie 2025, online prin e-mail pe adresa salonulmarthabibescu@gmail.com, și va conține următoarele atașamente :

• reproducerea lucrării participante în format jpg, rezoluţie minimă 4 megapixeli (2240×1680), 72 dpi, și va purta datele în aceasta ordine: numele autorului, numele lucrării, anul execuției, tehnica și dimensiunile. Fotografia nu va conține ramă, doar dacă aceasta este parte integrată a lucrării. Calitatea imaginilor trimise poate influența rezultatul jurizării.
• fotografia autorului în format .jpg, rezoluţie minima 3 megapixeli (2048×1536). Fotografia va purta numele autorului.

• Confirmarea plății taxei de participare (suma necesară costurilor de editare a catalogului, organizare, promovare), în valoare de 150 lei de lei/participant se va trimite în cont bancar deschis la UniCredit Bank cont: RO05BACX0000001180365000 pe numele Asociația Cultural Sportivă Pro Valores, cu specificația DONAȚIE.

Comisia curatorială, în urma analizei fotografiei lucrării trimise prin e-mail, va putea decide neacceptarea lucrării în cadrul Salonului Internațional de Arte Vizuale „Martha Bibescu”, iar 60% din taxa de participare va fi returnată.

De asemnea nu vor fi expuse lucrările care vor fi selectate, dar care nu respectă cerințele tehnice de expunere ale prezentului regulament. În acest caz taxa nu va fi returnată.

Lista artiştilor participanți în salon se va anunţa  pe data de 24 iunie 2025 pe site-ul asociatiaprovalores.ro

Expedierea lucrărilor:

Se va face în perioada 25 – 30 iunie 2025, prin curier (EXCLUS POȘTĂ), pe adresa Centrul Cultural Palatele Brâncovenești, str. Valea Parcului, nr. 1, Mogoșoaia, Jud. Ilfov, cod 077135, d-na Ionela Radu, tel. 0729082018.

Fiecare lucrare va avea menţionat pe verso: numele, titlul, anul, tehnică, dimnesiuni, adresa, email-ul şi telefonul autorului, filiala U.A.P.R./Universitatea de arte/asociația acuareliștilor a acuare din care face parte.

• Solicităm ambalarea lucrărilor astfel încât să fie bine protejate atât la trimitere, cât şi la returnare.
• Lucrările vor fi încadrate şi cu sistem de agăţare, obligatoriu.
• În interiorul coletelor, ce conţin lucrări ale mai multor artiști, solicităm lista cu autorii.
• Pentru siguranța returnării lucrărilor, insistăm ca pe colet să vă scrieți adresa completă, inclusiv propriul număr de telefon.
• Fiecare expozant va primi alături de lucrare albumul expoziției.
• Organizatorii au dreptul de a folosi reproduceri după lucrările expuse, în scopul promovării expoziţiei, în materiale publicitare, cu scop de informare, marketing şi educațional, fără plată către autor.
• Participanţii vor găsi pe facebook (Asociatia Pro Valores, Uniunea Artiștilor Plastici din România): imagini din expoziţie, de la vernisaj, afişul, catalogul expozitiei.
• Returnarea lucrărilor se va face, funcție de finalizarea catalogului, în 45 – 60 de zile de la închiderea expoziţiei.
• Costurile trimiterii şi returnării lucrărilor vor fi suportate de către fiecare participant.
• Organizatorii nu îşi asumă responsabilitatea pentru deteriorarea sau pierderea lucrărilor în timpul transportului.
• Pe întreaga perioadă a expoziţiei, participanţii nu îşi pot retrage lucrările.

Prin înscrierea la acest salon vă exprimați automat și acordul cu GDPR ( Regulamentul 2016/679/UE privind protecția persoanelor fizice în ceea ce privește prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și privind libera circulație a acestora, aplicat de toate statele Uniunii Europene) și vom putea prelucra datele cu caracter personal în vederea realizării albumului și editarea materialelor promoționale.

Solicităm PARTICIPANȚLOR CARE NU DORESC ÎNSCRIEREA DATELOR DE CONTACT ÎN ALBUM, CA LA FINALUL FORMULARULUI DE ÎNSCRIERE SĂ ÎȘI PREZINTE EXPLICIT DEZACORDUL.

Regulations

The International Visual Arts Salon „Martha Bibescu” is aimed at professional visual artists, members of the Union of Visual Artists, of the creative unions of watercolorists and/or graduates of Art Universities and will also have a section dedicated to young people up to 35 years old, in which doctors will be able to exhibit and art studies will be able to exhibit.

The salon will include works of painting, graphics, watercolor, small sculpture and will have several sections, which will be divided between the 8 exhibition halls of the ground floor of the Mogoșoaia Palace.

Room 1 – Youth Section

Rooms 2, 3 – Graphics Section

Rooms 4, 6 – Watercolor Section

Rooms 5, 7, 8 – Painting Section

Small sculpture works will be exhibited on cubes in rooms 3, 5, 7, 8

Opening: Saturday, July 12, 2025, 3 p.m.

Conditions of participation:

Each artist can participate with only one work created between 2023 and 2025.

Dimensions of the works:

Graphics: traditional engraving techniques or original drawings in pencil, ink, charcoal, mixed techniques. Maximum size 50X70 cm.

Painting. Maximum size 120X80cm.

Small sculpture. Maximum dimensions 50 cm X 50 cm X 100 cm (h). Maximum weight – 20 kg.

Registration is made between May 15 and June 22, 2025, online by e-mail to salonulmarthabibescu@gmail.com, and will contain the following attachments:

• reproduction of the participating work in jpg format, minimum resolution 4 megapixels (2240×1680), 72 dpi, and will bear the data in this order: author’s name, name of the work, year of execution, technique and dimensions. The photo will not contain a frame, unless it is an integrated part of the work. The quality of the images sent may influence the result of the judging.
• photo of the author in .jpg format, minimum resolution 3 megapixels (2048×1536). The photo will bear the author’s name.

• Registration form (made by the participant on a word document), which will include:

• Confirmation of payment of the participation fee (The amount necessary for the costs of editing the catalog, in the amount of 35 EUR/participant will be sent to the bank account opened at UniCredit Bank account no.: RO75BACX0000001180365001 (swift/Bic BACXROBUXXX) in the name of the Pro Valores Cultural Sports Association, with the specification DONATION.

The curatorial committee, after analyzing the photo of the work sent by e-mail, may decide not to accept the work within the International Visual Arts Salon „Martha Bibescu”, and the participation fee will be returned.

Also, the works that will be selected, but do not comply with the technical exhibition requirements of these regulations, will not be exhibited. In this case, the fee will not be returned.

The list of artists participating in the salon will be announced on June 24, 2025 on the website asociatiaprovalores.ro

Shipping of works:

It will be done between June 25 – 30, 2025, by courier (EXCLUSIVE POSTAGE), to the address of the Palatele Brâncovenești Cultural Center, Valea Parcului Street, no. 1, Mogoșoaia, Ilfov County, code 077135, Ms. Ionela Radu, tel. 0729082018.

Each work will have mentioned on the back: the name, title, year, technique, dimensions, address, email and telephone number of the author.

 

We request that the works be packaged so that they are well protected both when sent and returned.

• The works will be framed and with a hanging system, mandatory.
• Inside the packages, which contain works by several artists, we request the list of authors.
• For the safety of returning the works, we insist that you write your full address on the package, including your own phone number.
• Each exhibitor will receive the exhibition album along with the work.
• The organizers have the right to use reproductions of the exhibited works, for the purpose of promoting the exhibition, in advertising materials, for information, marketing and educational purposes, without payment to the author.

Participants will find on Facebook (Associatia Pro Valores, Uniunea Artistilor Plastici din România): images from the exhibition, from the opening, the poster, the exhibition catalog.

• The return of the works will be made, depending on the completion of the catalog, within 45 – 60 days from the closing of the exhibition.
• The costs of sending and returning the works will be borne by each participant.
• The organizers do not assume responsibility for damage or loss of the works during transport.
• During the entire period of the exhibition, participants cannot withdraw their works.

By registering for this salon, you automatically express your agreement with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, applied by all European Union states) and we will be able to process personal data in order to create the album and edit promotional materials.

We ask PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS INCLUDED IN THE ALBUM TO EXPRESSLY EXPRESS THEIR DISAGREEMENT AT THE END OF THE REGISTRATION FORM.
